A signed declaration of accuracy, accepted worldwide.
A certified translation is a translation accompanied by the agency's signed declaration that it is complete and accurate, on letterhead, with credentials. It is the standard accepted by USCIS, foreign universities, embassies, and most institutions abroad, and it is faster and less expensive than notarization.
What you get
Every certified translation from Niv International Translations Ltd. is produced by a native-speaking professional translator, reviewed against the source document, and delivered with a signed certification of accuracy that names the document, the language pair, and the translator's qualifications, in the exact format the receiving institution expects.
What sets us apart
Where certified translation is accepted
Certified or notarized?
If your document is going to an Israeli authority (Misrad HaPnim, the courts, the Population and Immigration Authority), or the receiving body asks for a "notarized translation" explicitly, you need a notary's certification instead. For USCIS and most institutions abroad, certified is the standard and notarization adds cost without benefit.
